Have you adopted a pet from an animal shelter or rescue league and given them a new home? Tell us your story and why rescuing and adopting an animal from a rescue league or shelter is so important to you. Email [email protected] with your name, your pet’s name, your adoption story, and photo of your pet. You will receive one hour of community service and your story might appear on the library’s Teen Instagram.

What TV shows have you been watching? Write a small review of a TV show (no spoilers please) and receive one hour of community service. Send your reviews to [email protected] and they might appear on the library social media platforms.
Complete the nine acts of kindness listed on the bingo sheet and receive one hour of community service. Instructions to complete the kindness bingo are listed on the sheet found here.

Observe, record and share the plants, animals, and encounters with signs of organisms. Your observations are used to shed light on invasive species, native and endangered species. Email [email protected] for more information on how to participate.
